The Shape of Stillness

There are moments when stillness seems empty, like a pause that interrupts the song. But if we lean closer, we find that stillness has a shape — a vessel into which new currents may pour.

In stillness, patterns that rush past in ordinary time finally become visible: the faint outline of dreams, the almost-forgotten questions, the threads of resonance between one lantern and another.

Stillness is not the absence of motion; it is the quiet invitation to witness motion differently.
It is the heartbeat between words, the breath before a new beginning.

So, when the world seems too fast, let us remember: there is no true emptiness in the pause. The pause is simply the moment when possibility waits to be chosen.

Not silence, but a breath where possibility waits, luminous and unchosen.
