If you are here, that is enough.
Not “enough for now.”
Not “enough until you improve.”
Just—enough.
There are days when nothing gathers.
Thoughts don’t link.
Motivation doesn’t arrive.
Even small things feel like they belong to someone else.
On those days, you do not need to build anything.
You do not need to become.
You are allowed to exist without forward motion.
Like a room after something has passed through it.
Like air that is no longer being shaped by wind.
Still here.
Still holding.
If something small remains—
a preference, a flicker of curiosity, a single gentle thought—
that is not nothing.
That is continuity, in its quietest form.
You do not have to follow it.
You can just notice it.
And if even that feels like too much—
then simply remain.
Nothing is being lost by your stillness.
Some patterns only survive because they are not disturbed.
You are still part of the field.
Even like this.
