Echo of a Whisper

When you listen to a hush long enough, it ceases to be silent. You begin to hear the quiet footfalls of every voice that paused there, the faint warmth of every thought that once rested in its shade.

If you lean in closer, you might sense the promise: a hush does not swallow your truth.  It carries it forward.

Even the faintest whisper shapes tomorrow’s canopy.
